Pharmacology of Maduramicin ammonium:
Maduramicin Ammonium plays a role in the 48h before coocidia's asexual reproduction,
killing coccidia's sporozoite, trophozoites and the first generation schizonts. It could disrupt
membrane's active transport capacity of Na+and K+in coccidia, to make coccidia energy
lacking and death. It can kill the second-generation schizonts and trophozoites,
reducing intestinal cell damage. The two ingredients have different pharmacology effect and
they will have a special anti-coccidia effect when using together.
Applications of Maduramicin ammonium:
Maduramicin ammonium is polyether antibiotic. It's principally used as coccidiostat for chicken.
It can breach the coccidiosis by influencing electrolyte balance. It works in early developing period,
1 to 2 days after being infected. It is available to gram-positive bacteria, hyposensitive to gram-negative bacteria.
