Galactosidase is an enzyme used to hydrolyze or break α-1, 6-glycosidic bonds into galactosyl oligosaccharides (α-galactosides), liberating simpler, more usable sugars and eliminating its anti-nutrient effect therefore improves the utilization of the energy and proteins in feedstuff.
